On the Phone with… Surfer Blood

Surfer Blood is actually one of those overnight sensations that basically happened overnight. Unlike a lot of groups that get that title, this Florida quintet were doing the college thing this time last year until their song “Swim (To reach the End)” took off and became a late ’09 buzz.
I chat with lead man JP about the origins, growing up Florida, what-could-have-been, and running through NYC in his underwear.
