On the Phone With… Spoon

Brian recently referred to a Spoon album as something not entirely different from a Rube Goldberg contraption, in that the band’s inventiveness makes not only for a unique listen, but also feels like a game of aural Mouse Trap.  So, we called up Jim Eno (the man behind those crazy drum licks), to chat about the latest disc, Transference, why they chose to self-produce, and how a Spoon song comes to be.
