Deerhoof “Hitch Hike”

It’s always interesting when different medias come together, but its rare when its music and literature, which makes the new Deerhoof all the more special. They’re the subject of a new book called Rules to Rock By, which is about a 12 year-old girl who is inspired by Deerhoof to start her own band. So, it was a natural fit to have a soundtrack accompany the book, and even more natural to have Deerhoof in it. They’ve chosen to cover a track by Liliput, which you can hear now.
