Yeasayer may have burst onto the scene with 2007′s All Our Cymbals, but it was 2010′s Odd Blood that really put them in the spotlight. Now back with Fragrant World, the Brooklyn trio are further exploring worldy, electro-pop using sci-fi as a touchstone, as well themes of mortality and a world gone mad. Ira & Anand sat down with Kyle Meredith a few weeks before their LP dropped to discuss their mindset while making the disc, movies, drugs, and much more.
